This stainless steel Cuisinart bread machine is attractive and has a variety of settings--automatic adjustment of cooking time and speed is included.

The Convection feature is interesting--a fan circulates air while the machine is baking, much like a regular convection oven in the kitchen.

The bread and dough produced by this Cuisinart are very good, but some people have a problem with the bread pan staying in place during the kneading phase.

This machine comes with a three-year limited warranty, but it appears you pay the shipping both ways if you need warranty service--costs that can really add up.
