Dog Weight Loss Bones

Fat Dog Weight Control Treats Try Dog Weight Loss Bones for your pet's canine weight loss program. Low in calories for optimum dog weight control. Help your dog to health by conquering his dog obesity for him!

Do you have an obese dog? Our dog weight control bones recipe will allow you to enjoy giving your overweight dog treats but help him control his weight! This is partly true because each mini bone is so small that it only contains a very few calories.

Don’t deny your obese dog or yourself the fun of treats! Just feed him little treats instead of big ones. If you think about it, your dog consumes his treats in seconds--so it really doesn't matter if they are little or big!

These mini dog weight loss bones are packed with good nutrition that will satisfy your pet’s appetite for rewards.

Give your overweight dog these treats—without guilt!

Here's the recipe:

fat dog treats

Ingredients

  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c dry milk
  • 2 c whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c soy flour
  • 1/2 c cornmeal
  • 1/4 c brewers yeast
  • 1 T dried parsley
  • 1 ½ t dried yeast

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients in a bread maker.

  • Use the dough setting.

  • When the dough is ready, divide it into several pieces.

  • Roll the dough out (on a floured cutting board) until it is 1/8” thick.

  • Using a 1” mini bone cookie cutter, cut out little bones and place them on a greased baking sheet.

  • Bake at 275 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until they are lightly browned.

  • Turn off the oven and let the mini bones dry overnight or for several hours in the oven.

  • Store the bones in a cool dry place.

The trick to dog weight control is to make sure that you don’t over-feed your pet!

So, just because these bones are little and don’t have many calories—don’t give him extra treats! This way you both can still enjoy the bonding at treat time and avoid dog weight loss issues!
