My chiwawa shivers. What's the problem? Do all chiwawas do this?

Most chihuahuas do

Most chihuahuas do shiver, you may think they are scared. I believe it has mostly to do with the thinness of their skin. There is not much of a barrier between them and the cold or even small chill. That is why even in 70 degree weather, it is suggested that you have them in a little sweater or something of the sort.

Every chihuahua I have seen does this and it is completely normal!
